Designing, crafting and fitting quality joinery for over 40 years.
Our team has been designing, crafting and fitting high-quality joinery and furniture for more than 40 years.
Whatever your project, we’re here to guide you through the process and ensure that you’re 100% happy with your items.
Step-by-Step
Learn more about what happens at each stage of a typical project.
Lee, our owner, will visit your home to discuss your ideas and take some measurements. We can also provide a quote based on a photograph or existing drawings. Please feel free to share any Pinterest boards or cuttings from magazines or photographs.
Stuck for inspiration? Lee can take you through the different types of wood, features, fittings and finishing options, and discuss whether you’d like us to manage the installation.
We’ll send you the initial drawings and the quote. You can amend any details at this stage. Your quote will include a breakdown of costs so you can choose exactly what you want.
Once you’re happy, we’ll ask you to sign and return the order form. We don’t ask for payment at this stage. Payment is made in three instalments. We ask for a deposit payment two weeks before we start work. The remaining payments will be required shortly before delivery and on completion.
When we’ve received your signed form, we’ll let you know the expected timescales and delivery date. We hand-pick the timber one week before the manufacturing process begins – so it’s ready to start its journey through our workshop.
The timber is carefully cut to size before our bench joiners start crafting and assembling your products and adding all the hand detailing and fittings.
Any priming, painting or finishing is completed in our spray shop. Each item is checked carefully to ensure that it meets our high-quality standards. You’re welcome to pop in and see your project coming together in our workshop – get in touch to arrange a visit.
We fit and install kitchens, windows, doors, orangeries and roof lanterns. All fittings are carried out by our own installation team. We can also supply items to your builder or carpenter.
Once the fitting has been completed, we’ll advise you on how to treat your wood to preserve it for many years to come. Your home will be left in a clean, tidy state for you to enjoy your new furniture or joinery!
