We are seeing that walk in wardrobes are really growing in popularity in the past year.
But what are the main points to consider when planning a walk in wardrobe?
- Hanging space : It does pay to have hanging space for both long and short items. It does pay to measure some of your items (long dresses or coats for example) and then use the measurements to decide how to arrange the room to make the most of the space.
- Light it up! : LED lighting can be used to help use the best lighting to have all you clothes in view and easy to find.
- Shoes : Shoes are best stored under a half hanging space, or if you have the room, allocate a cupboard with adjustable shelves so that you have the ability to move the shelves as your shoe collection grows!
