Having completed joinery for a building contractor as part of a preceding project the clients put their trust in Tucker joinery to craft a bespoke kitchen. The brief included balancing the function and form, the kitchen was to be used by a family and had to meet the demands of being a visual centre piece of the home and standing up to daily use as the focus of family life.
Having worked with Tucker Joinery to design the kitchen and select the various details and elements that together form the new heart of their home, the customers visited the workshop to view the kitchen as it was being built. We would encourage customers to come into the workshop to look at some of our ongoing projects.
The kitchen is a painted, fitted kitchen with granite work surface with a freestanding island unit complemented with a solid English oak worktop extending to give a seating area. A beautiful kitchen that will stand the test of time, combining quality materials, attention to detail and exemplary craftsmanship Tuckers created a bespoke solution to the clients wishes. Traditional details such as the wall shelves and plate rack make a refreshing change to wall units as seen in most kitchens.
